Sweet Bee Bake Fresh Granola

“Better than Oatmeal” Breakfast

Ingredients
• ½ cup baked Sweet Bee Granola
• ½ cup hot milk
• ¼ fresh fruit (optional)

Directions
• Heat milk
• Pour over baked granola
• Top with fresh fruit


Berry Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
• ½ cup baked Sweet Bee Cherry Almond
  Granola
• ½ cup plain or flavored yogurt
• ½ cup fresh berries

Directions
• Add ¼ cup of yogurt to bottom of
  serving dish
• Top with ¼ cup baked granola
• Top with ¼ cup berries
• Continue with another layer each of ¼ cup
  yogurt, granola and berries


Cherry Almond Granola Cookies

Ingredients
• 1 box Sweet Bee Cherry Almond Granola
  (not baked)
• dried fruit from fruit packet
• 1 stick (8 tablespoons) butter, softened
• 1/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
• 1 egg
• 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
• 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

Directions
• Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
• Cream butter and sugars with an electric mixer on medium-high speed.
• Add egg, and beat on low until well blended
• In a separate bowl, sift flour and baking powder
• Add dry ingredients to butter mixture with mixer on low
• Stir in box of unbaked Sweet Bee Orange Cranberry Granola, setting dried cherries, and stir just until combined
• On baking sheet lined with parchment paper, drop cookie dough in 2-inch mounds. Top cookies with one dried cherry, pressing into dough.
• Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly browned


Orange Cranberry Granola Muffins

Ingredients
• 1 cup Sweet Bee Orange Cranberry Granola
  (not baked), plus ½ cup reserved (optional for topping)
• Cranberries from fruit packet (optional)
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• Zest of one orange
• 1 egg
• 1 cup buttermilk
• ½ c. canola oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions
• Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
• Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, orange zest in a mixing bowl
• Add one cup of unbaked Sweet Bee Orange Cranberry Granola and cranberries from packet
• In a separate bowl, whisk egg, buttermilk, oil and vanilla
• Fold wet ingredients into dry
• Distribute batter evenly in a standard 12-muffin tin, filling each cup almost to the top (about 1/3 cup of batter per muffin)
• If using reserved granola for topping, sprinkle 1 teaspoon of granola on top of each muffin, tucking any nuts into the batter
• Bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean


Summer Berry Crisp with Cherry Almond 
Granola 
Topping
 

Berry filling ingredients
• 4 cups fresh berries, washed and dried
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Topping ingredients
• 2 cups unbaked Sweet Bee Cherry Almond Granola
• 2 tablespoons dried cherries from fruit packet, diced (optional)
• 4 tablespoon butter at room temperature

Directions
• Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
•  To make granola topping, lightly pulse cherry almond granola in a food processor to break up nuts. Transfer to a small bowl. Add diced dried cherries, if using. Stir in softened butter. 
•  In a large bowl, combine berries, sugar and cornstarch; toss to coat. Transfer to a buttered baking dish. Top with granola topping.
• Bake until top is golden and fruit is bubbly, about 25-30 minutes.


apple cinnamon french toast

French Toast with Apple Cinnamon
Granola
Crust

Ingredients
• ½ cup baked Sweet Bee Apple Cinnamon Granola
• 1 egg
• 3 tablespoons milk
• ½ teaspoon vanilla
• 2 pieces of bread
• 1 tablespoon butter
• Maple syrup, warmed
• Apple Raisin fruit bag, reserved from box

Directions
• Chop baked granola on a cutting board or pulse in food processor until the texture resembles a coarse meal
• Beat egg, milk and vanilla in a shallow baking dish
• Soak bread pieces in the egg mixture, then press each side evenly into the chopped granola.
• Melt butter in pan over medium heat.
• Add bread pieces to pan and cook evenly until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.
• Top with warm maple syrup and fresh fruit

Sweet Bee Trail Mix

Ingredients
• 1 cup baked Apple Cinnamon Granola with
  fruit from packet added
• Any or all of the following:
    · 1/2 cup pistachios
    · 1/2 cup peanuts
    · 1/4 cup dried cherries
    · 1/8 cup dried coconut
    · 1/8 cup dried blueberries
    · 1/8 cup raisins

Directions
• Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix
